Refund policy

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction with our products.

We want you to benefit from using Gratitude Code. If you do not notice a positive change within 30 days, we will refund your purchase. To qualify for this promise, please reach out to us between 30 and 40 days after receiving your item. This applies to the daily journal only.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at team@gratitudehustle.com within 30 days from the delivery date. The journal must be in its original condition and packaging. Returns in a non-resalable state may not be eligible for a refund.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, we apologise. Notify us at team@gratitudehustle.com within three days of receipt, including photos of the damage and packaging, and we will address the issue promptly.
